Here at Apoteket Malen, we form a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Lejonet in Oskarshamn with a wonderful and dedicated team. We are now looking for a pharmacist based in Malen, but work may occur throughout the pharmacy group based on the needs of the business.

At Apoteket Malen, we are 2 pharmacists and we are an important hub for the community in Högsby. As the only pharmacy in the area, we provide great benefit to the entire locality. Here you will have a daily routine with close collaboration, varied tasks, and the opportunity to contribute value where it is needed. We are located in new premises next to ICA, Systembolaget, and the veterinary clinic.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours. Apoteket Malen, Högsby - opening hours: weekdays 09:00-18:00, Saturdays 10:00-14:00 Apoteket Lejonet, Oskarshamn - opening hours: weekdays 08:00-18:00, Saturdays 09:00-14:00

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from pharmacies or have just completed your studies.

• You have experience working with, for example, prescription dispensing and counseling.

• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
